Frequently Asked Questions
How do I add a playlist?
Tap the "+" button in the bottom navigation bar, then choose to import from a file, URL, or use the Xtream API. You can also import demo playlists to get started.
What formats are supported?
Kevrix Player supports M3U/M3U8 playlist formats and Xtream API. Video formats include MP4, HLS, DASH, and most standard streaming protocols.
How do I use the Xtream Converter?
Go to Settings → Data Management → URL Converter. You can convert between Xtream credentials (server, username, password) and full URLs in either direction.
Can I backup my playlists?
Yes! Go to Settings → Data Management → Create Backup. This exports all your playlists to a JSON file that you can restore later from any device.
How do I change the theme?
Navigate to Settings → Appearance. You can switch between Light, Dark, and System themes, and choose from multiple accent colors or create your own custom color.
Why is my stream buffering?
Buffering can occur due to slow internet connection or server issues. Try switching to a lower quality stream if available, or check your network connection. The app automatically adapts to available bandwidth.
How do I mark channels as favorites?
Tap the heart icon on any channel to add it to your favorites. Access all favorites from the Favorites tab in the bottom navigation.
Is my data private?
Absolutely. Kevrix Player stores all data locally on your device. We don't collect, transmit, or store any of your playlists, viewing history, or personal information.
Can I use multiple playlists?
Yes! You can add unlimited playlists and switch between them easily. Each playlist is managed independently with its own channels and settings.
